Come for a two-night stay in our southern Costa Rica Guest House. Spend two days touring our unique development, learning about the area and enjoying our comfortable accommodations. Complimentary delicious meals, including refreshments, beer and wine, are provided by our local chef. There will be no sales presentations to attend or salespeople attempting to convince you to buy. We just want you to experience for yourself the magnificent lifestyle and incredible natural beauty of our region.
Your private room, overlooking the lush hillside gardens of our development, comes with an ensuite bathroom, outdoor dining gazebo, swimming pool and lounge with TV, DVD player and pool table. You can explore the local village shops, take a drive to the beach and return to soak in the warmth and tranquility of our peaceful outdoor terrace. You will have the opportunity to experience, first-hand, life in our Costa Rica.
Why do we make this offer? Our properties sell quickly and sell themselves. We have no desire to convince you to buy. We just want to provide you with the chance to come down and view our exquisite development for yourself and learn more about our unique investment opportunity.
We charge a nominal deposit of U.S. $500 per couple for your all-inclusive stay. Should you wish to buy one of our properties, you will receive a refund of this amount towards the purchase price. Plus, we will provide you with an additional U.S. $1,000 credit to offset your travel costs.

Due to the high demand for rooms and limited accommodation in our Guest House, we advise you to book early, particularly during our peak season from December through May, so as not to be disappointed.

TRAVEL INFORMATION AND RESERVATIONS
Visitors to our Guest House are responsible for their own travel expenses. This includes the flight down, overnight hotel accommodation in San José and 35-minute commuter flight to the small airport in the nearby town of Palmar Sur. We'll send one of our representatives to meet you there and drive you to our Guest House for your two-night stay.
If you wish to remain in Costa Rica longer, we can assist you with hotel recommendations and enable you to obtain discounted rates at a few local hotels.
